      Champions!

Chris Koch has aced the last round of the ACU AJP-Ultrapassar Trail Bike championships to secure a victory and the overall title.

Dropping just 3 marks he continued the form that saw him lead the championship all year. Riding (appropriately) an AJP 200cc Ultrapassar, his run of results saw him to a straightforward victory.

Commenting on his win he said “the little AJP was faultless all year, we drowned at Neath in the Fred Rist, and it just kept going through anything. The power was tractable and the handling was just dead on all year. I hardly had to touch it!”

AJP's Allan Seedhouse was delighted with the victory “this shows what the “Little bikes” we produce can do. We developed this model especially for the Long Distance Trail bike market and we're delighted it's more that proved it's mettle by winning the Championship!”

AJP are negotiating to sponsor the Championships again next year after a winning introduction the LDT market.
